Young scientists, postgraduates and students from 33 Russian educational and scientific organizations presented to the international community more than 200 science and technology solutions, education and production projects.

At the stand of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation one could see technological and engineering ideas and solutions in energy efficiency, biotechnologies and ecology, production and industrial automation, modern metropolis, education and aerospace research sectors.
Key participants were: the Kazan Federal University, the Southern Federal University, the National University of Science and Technology «MISIS», the Perm State National Research University, the Samara State Aerospace University (National Research University), the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, the Moscow State University of Mechanical Engineering, the Saint-Petersburg State Polytechnical University, the Southwest State University, the State University – Education-Science-Production Complex and the Russian Academy of Sciences.
The stand of the Ministry became a venue to introduce international scientific and educational programmes and projects, to share experience in important fields of private and state partnership, scientific investment, technology transfer of successful project commercialization with foreign partners.
Getting to know the key gadgetry of the Fair, the delegation of the Ministry visited the stands of E.ON, IBG Automation, ABB AG, Siemens, AB Electrolux, Schaffner Group, PCS Power Converter.
The Ministry’s business programme helped to set up a constructive dialogue between the Russian scientists, experts from the Russian Fund for Basic Research, Gagarin Research & Test Training Cosmonaut Center, Russian Energy Agency, German Energy Agency DENA, representatives of Moscow Government and of the Federal State of Lower Saxony, investors and analysts from the Russian-German Centre for Technology Transfer and HannoverImpulse technology park.
